Colossal mesa peaks climb toward the clouds, creating dramatic sightlines and vertical builds. Check the standout cave below—its sandstone frame drops into striking dripstone chambers ripe for loot and exploration.

4) Struggling Mining Badlands Village

A beleaguered Plains Village sits ringed by a massive Badlands and a wide river, with cobwebs and lava hinting at hard times. An Abandoned Mineshaft lies unusually close to the surface beneath spawn—perfect for an early rescue-and-rebuild project.

5) Molten Crater Wasteland

A ring-shaped mesa creates a natural crater base with water pockets you can grow into a full oasis. Nearby hills hide a surface-touching mineshaft and a ravine network, giving early access to resources and long exploration loops.

6) Hidden Sand Heartland Temple

Towering mesas form narrow corridors around a lifesaving river that leads to a tiny Desert pocket village. A Desert Temple sits among the buildings, while the river cuts into a deep ravine—great for players who prefer underground routes.

7) Volcanic Island

Marooned on a remote Badlands island, you’ll scrape by on limited resources. A savanna forest provides starter wood, and caves right beneath spawn are crucial. The island’s elevation puts you near hostile spawns—gear up fast.

8) Coral Badlands Canyon

A gigantic river carves an epic canyon straight through the Badlands, its still water forming a colorful coral corridor. Interconnected mesa pockets make prime base spots—or rival strongholds for PvP. The canyon opens toward the ocean for further voyages.

9) The Wild Wild West

Sparse resources, wide flats, and scattered oases create a classic Western survival challenge. It’s harsh, but the open space is perfect for ambitious settlements and mega-builds that turn scarcity into style.

10) Cradle of Nether’s Harmony

This Badlands blends smoothly into savanna, mountains, and plains, with a village layered down a mountainside. Beneath the mesas: lush caves, ravines, rivers, and even a Trial Chamber. Along the coast, a surface Ruined Portal acts as a natural hub for early Nether access. Long mesa valleys stretch for thousands of blocks—ideal for explorers.
